With diameters ranging from 60 mm to 4,000 mm, the repair clamps distinguish themselves by the flexible progressive mechanism of the sealing system, by the compatibility with any pipe material (even when joining pipes made of different materials) and by Hold-ON and PILOT technologies, offering the possibility of being assembled on pipes under pressure, with a tolerance of 6, 10, 16, 25 and 40 bar.

1 Features and benefits of the sealing method

PROGRESSIVE SELF-SEALING – Systems can be installed when the pipe is under pressure (the seal’s tightness is using the generated internal pressure), compensates axial and angular pipe movements provoked by settlement or quakes, accepts bending and offset, reducing the risk of cracking.
ALL-PURPOSE – 8 HERMETICA references cover 100% of diameters, from DN 60 to 250 mm, allowing stock reduction. It can be used for any diameter, pressure rating and fluid.
RELIABLE – Made of stainless steel AISI 304L (EN 1.4307), or AISI 316L (EN 1.4401), with hydraulic sealing gasket, the repair clamp has a high resistance to aggressive media, ensuring a maximum life span.
Economic – Reusable and maintenance-free.
Fast and Easy – Easy handling in locations with difficult access, without further machinery or auxiliary measures (up to DN 1700).

2 Hermetica Technology – EASY, SIMPLE, RELIABLE.

PROGRESSIVE SELF-SEALING – The direct transmission of pressures onto the gasket generates the seal’s tightness, making use of the internal pressure. The gasket is not fixed onto the casing, therefore the clamp allows independent pipe movements.
CASING – Made of stainless steel AISI 304L (EN 1.4307), or AISI 316L (EN 1.4401). Resistance welded or MIG welded (passivated).
CERTIFIED GASKET – The gasket with progressive sealing, certified according to EN 681-1 WRAS ACS RD140 DM 174 KTW 201:2001. The gasket is not fixed onto the casing and offers better elasticity all around the clamp, requiring minimal torque and therefore prolonging the clamp’s life span.
ADVANCED BOLTING DEVICE – The stainless steel screw (AISI 304 / 316) are hot dip PTFE treated, meeting the HOLD-ON si PILOTO technology standard. For an easier installation, the central screw is 30% longer.
PILOTO Technology – Only available with HERMETICA, it allows for easier and faster installation. The opening closure is equipped with screws that are 30% longer than the closure that works as a hinge. Furthermore, these longer screws offer a self-centering design that makes the clamp’s installation much easier.
HOLD-ON Technology – Screws and shafts are retained so they cannot fall out during installation.
